Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ABA4Change platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and any related policies. The platform is intended for personal and professional development only, and it may not be reproduced, modified, merged, used to develop similar programs, or transferred for use by third parties. Any attempt to sell, rent, distribute, or sublicense any part of ABA4Change’s services or programs is strictly prohibited. You may not use ABA4Change’s programs for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any or all of the services and programs offered by ABA4Change at any time, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these Terms of Use or other applicable policies.
In addition, unless expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise process any programs or materials provided by ABA4Change, and you may not create derivative works from any part of our platform.
If you do not comply with these terms or other terms of service, your rights to use ABA4Change’s services will terminate automatically without notice.
User Account
When you create an account on the ABA4Change platform, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities carried out through your account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date, and you may not share your account or make program content available to anyone else. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
You may post comments and other content; send messages or e-cards; and submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information, provided that such content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others. The content must not be abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or harmful to any third party. In addition, the content must not include or contain viruses, malware, political campaigning, advertising campaigns, commercial solicitations, chain letters, bulk emails, or any form of unsolicited messages.
You are prohibited from using a false email address, impersonating any individual or entity, or misleading others about the origin of any communication or content. We reserve the right (but are not obligated, except where proper notice has been received) to delete or modify any content that violates these guidelines.
By posting reviews, comments, questions, answers, or any other content on our website (including images, videos, or audio, collectively referred to as “Content”), you acknowledge that ABA4Change is not responsible for any Content you share and that you alone are responsible for the information you post

Refund & Returns Policy
All refund requests and transfers between programs are subject to the Refund & Returns Policy. In short, you are entitled to request a full refund of the fees paid within 24 hours of attending the first session, subject to the terms and exceptions set out on that page. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Refund & Returns Policy, the Refund & Returns Policy prevails.
User Responsibilities
We strive to ensure that ABA4Change’s services are continuously available and that transactions are processed without errors. However, due to the nature of the internet, completely uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. There may be times when access to our services is temporarily suspended or restricted for maintenance, repairs, or the introduction of new features or services. We aim to minimize the frequency and duration of any such interruptions.
ABA4Change is not liable for: (1) any losses that are not a direct result of a breach on our part; or (2) any business-related losses, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure; or (3) any indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time our services were used.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations under these terms where such delay or failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. In the event of any dispute, disagreement, claim, lawsuit, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms, including in any way relating to the use of any of ABA4Change’s services, or the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination of these terms, and/or any dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these terms (referred to for the purposes of this section as the “Dispute”), the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve that Dispute. Each party hereby agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For the purposes of this section, you waive your right to object to the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the grounds that they are an inconvenient or inappropriate forum for resolving any Dispute.
Changes to the Service or Amendments to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to make changes to any of our services, policies, or terms at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies, and terms of use in force at the time you use our services, without notice to or consent from any party. If any of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms. Please review them whenever you use the services.
Children
We do not offer or sell services or products for purchase by children. We offer and sell services to adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
