It is helpful to begin by defining what this policy is and what it is not. This policy is a set of management principles and internal regulations that we publish among the heads, employees, managers, and service providers of ABA4Change to clarify which actions are and are not acceptable with regard to handling user information. This policy aims to further clarify how we manage certain aspects of our website that store user information or that may deal with third parties.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regard to the information they have shared and/or that is collected on the ABA4Change platform. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or through channels other than this website.

Advertising Partners’ Privacy Policies

These technologies are sent directly to browsers, and third parties may automatically receive your IP address when this happens. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Measurement

ABA4Change is a business registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and we process personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. This section explains the cookies and measurement tools we use ourselves on this website.

Necessary cookies keep the website working: signing in, your cart and checkout, security checks against spam and fraud, your language and currency, and remembering your cookie choice. They are always active.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4). We measure how visitors use the website: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, how you reached us (for example, from an ad), and key actions such as clicking the WhatsApp button, starting checkout or completing a purchase. We use this to improve the website and our programs.

Advertising measurement (Meta). We use the Meta Pixel on the website and the Meta Conversions API from our server to measure our ads on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. We share with Meta the type of action (page view, program view, WhatsApp button click, form submission, starting checkout, or purchase with its value, currency and product number), your IP address and browser details, and Meta’s cookie identifiers. When you submit a form, create an account or place an order, we also share your email address, phone number, name and country in hashed (irreversibly encoded) form, so Meta can match the action to a Meta account. We do not share your form answers, your messages, or any information about a child or a health condition.

Your choice. On your first visit, a notice lets you choose Necessary only or Accept all. If you choose Necessary only, we do not load the Meta Pixel, we do not send your actions to Meta from our server, and Google Analytics runs in a cookie-free mode that does not identify you. You can change your choice at any time from cookie settings, or by clearing your browser’s cookies.

Transfers and retention. Google and Meta may process this data on servers outside Egypt, under their own privacy policies (Google, Meta). We keep your cookie choice for 12 months; Meta cookies last up to 90 days and Google Analytics cookies up to 2 years.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is handled with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. As a user of our services, you have the right to manage your personal information in the following ways, provided that the request is lawful and does not involve any deceptive conduct: 
– Right of access: You have the right to request copies of the personal data we hold about you. Please note that we may charge a nominal fee for processing this request.

– Right to rectification: You have the right to request the correction of any personal data you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
– Right to erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances.
– Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted under specific circumstances.
– Right to object to processing: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
– Right to data portability: You have the right to ask us to transfer your personal data to another organization, or directly to you, under certain circumstances.

You have the option to withhold certain data, but please note that doing so may limit your ability to use certain features of  our services
To stop receiving promotional communications, you can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails or by changing your email preferences in your account settings. However, please note that regardless of your email preferences, we may continue to send transactional or relationship communications, including administrative messages, order confirmations, important service updates, and policy notices. 
Your browser or device may offer options to control cookies and other types of local data storage. In addition, your mobile device may allow you to manage whether location data or other personal information is collected and shared.

Confidentiality of Children’s Information 

At ABA4Change, children’s privacy and safety are a top priority. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s online activities and guide them on appropriate use.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has shared such information on our platform, please contact us immediately. We will, in turn, take  immediate action to remove this information from our records.

Certificate Verification

To protect our graduates from fraud, anyone can confirm that a certificate issued by ABA4Change is genuine at aba4change.com/en/verify, using the certificate number (verification code) printed on it or the holder’s name.

A verification result shows only the holder’s name, program, hours, instructors, issue date, continuing education units (if any) and certificate status — never contact details. Verification pages are not indexed by search engines.

Certificate holders may ask not to appear in name search by emailing info@aba4change.com; verification by certificate number remains available. We keep a log of verification checks (country, masked IP address and time) for up to two years for security and anti-fraud purposes.
