About ABA 4 Change

We build the skills and systems that make change practical and sustainable

ABA 4 Change is an Arab-region platform for education, professional development and consulting in behavioral science, mental health and inclusive education. We work with practitioners, organizations and families to turn evidence-based knowledge into clear practice that can be implemented, measured and improved.

Students and a teacher in an inclusive classroom

From learning to practice, and from individual support to lasting organizational systems.

Our principles

Four principles that shape how we work

Evidence-based

Decisions and practices grounded in science and data.

Relevant to the Arab context

Practical tools that respect language, culture and local realities.

An integrated development system

Learning, practice, supervision, evaluation and continuous improvement.

Ethical and transparent

Clarity about scope, accreditation and the limits of practice.

Our Core Activities

Three core pathways, connected by a professional platform that extends their impact

We link learning to practice, consulting to capacity building, and support to follow-up. Our events then bring expertise, ideas and professional networks together to extend the reach of all three.

01 · Academy

Education and professional development

Programs and professional pathways in behavior analysis and the psychological and educational sciences, combining knowledge, hands-on practice, supervision, assessment and continuing education.

02 · Organizations

Solutions for schools and organizations

Needs assessments, inclusion and support systems, team capacity building, and practical guidelines, referral pathways and follow-up designed around each organization’s resources and context.

03 · Individuals & families

Understanding needs and choosing the next step

Consultations that help families and individuals understand needs, set priorities and choose realistic next steps, with respect for privacy and each person’s circumstances.

04 · Knowledge & networking platform

Professional events and conferences

We design and host events and conferences that bring practitioners, families and organizations together to learn, exchange experience, discuss professional issues and build relationships that open new opportunities for collaboration and impact.

Its role in the system: extending the impact of the three core pathways and carrying knowledge from individual programs to a wider professional community.

How we create value

We don’t stop at a course or a recommendation

ABA 4 Change’s value lies in the journey that connects knowledge to practice, then helps that practice take hold and improve.

01

Understand the context

We start with the need, the people involved, the setting and the resources available.

02

Design the pathway

We turn priorities into clear goals, steps, roles and tools that can be implemented.

03

Build implementation capacity

We help move knowledge into practice through training, supervision and feedback.

04

Evaluate and improve

We review what has been achieved, understand the barriers and refine the pathway for sustainability.

Our standards

Trust is built by how we work, not by slogans

These standards govern how we design programs, select trainers and work with learners, organizations and families.

ABA 4 Change is listed on IBAO’s official registry of approved content providers for IBA and IBT programs.

Evidence-based practice

Our programs and recommendations are built on scientific evidence and data, not impressions or ready-made solutions.

Accreditation transparency

We state the awarding body, the scope of each program’s accreditation and its completion requirements, and what a certificate does and does not grant. Credentials such as QBA, IBA and BCCS are personal professional credentials issued by bodies such as QABA, IBAO and IBCCES; they do not accredit the organization itself.

Professional and ethical boundaries

We stay within the limits of our professional role and are clear about when we can help and when a referral elsewhere is more appropriate.

Practical application and supervision

Learning is designed to improve performance, with opportunities for practice, feedback and supervision where they apply.

Privacy, safeguarding and responsible use of stories

We protect the data of children, families and learners, and share stories and images only under clear rules and with appropriate consent.

Continuous evaluation and improvement

We review program outcomes and feedback from participants and organizations, and improve content and delivery accordingly.

Stories of Our Impact

Behind every step is a story worth telling

We share some moments that reflect the impact of understanding and ongoing support, while fully protecting the privacy of children and families and never publishing any details without clear consent.

Ahmed: When the Journey Began with Understanding

Ahmed was a nine-year-old boy living in a refugee camp and facing challenges that affected his learning and daily interactions. The journey began by listening and understanding his needs, then working in small steps that involved the people around him.

The goal was never to change Ahmed, but to provide the support that would help him discover his abilities and take part with greater confidence.

Nour: A Safe Space That Brought Out What Was Within

In volunteering and art activities, Nour found a space to express herself, take part, and feel that she was an influential part of her community.

Her story reminds us that support doesn’t always start with a big solution; it can start with someone who listens, the right opportunity, and an environment that sees potential before challenges

We See Potential Before Challenges

We believe every child deserves to be understood, heard, and given the right support, and every family deserves a partner on the journey of change toward a more balanced, reassuring life
