About ABA 4 Change & Skill Development

We use the science of behavior to help children, families, and professionals grow and succeed

We deliver individualized, evidence-based programs that empower children, families, and educators to create real, lasting change

Meet the founder

Dr. Mayada Elsabah

PhD, QBA, IBA, BCCS

Mayada is an Educational Psychologist and certified behavior analyst QBA/IBA with a Master’s in International Education and Doctorate degree at  child psychology . She has supported schools, NGOs, and families across the region to build inclusive systems that work for children with ASD, ADHD, learning differences, and emotional or behavioral challenges.

Her journey has equipped her with expertise in developing guidelines, conducting needs assessments, and training hundreds of teachers, social workers, parents, and caregivers in field operations and refugee camps, offering hands‑on supervision and guidance.

Our vision

Every child is unique and deserves care that reflects their individuality.

A world where every child has access to safe, inclusive, and supportive environments without exception

In ABA 4 Change

Our Core Activities

Our efforts are focused on four key areas to drive positive change and build inclusive communities

Skill Development and Training Centers

Premiere online education for individuals seeking certification or registration in behavior analysis

Support and Behavior Programs for Schools

We design and implement specialized support programs and behavior modification plans to address the unique needs of children with learning difficulties and additional needs, helping them overcome challenges and thrive.

Parent skill training

Parents who join our trainings gain a deeper understanding of their child’s needs and learn practical strategies to navigate everyday challenges. Through interactive learning and guided discussions, we help parents communicate more effectively, manage disruptive or inappropriate behaviors, and prevent difficulties before they arise.

Professional Development Conferences

We host high-impact conferences that empower educators and professionals  with advanced knowledge to  strengthen professional capacity, promote high-quality inclusive education, and drive meaningful, sustainable change across learning communities.

What we stand for

Our values in practice

These values shape every decision we make from the way we design a worksheet to the way we show up in a child’s classroom.

We start with what matters most: the child’s rights, strengths, and wellbeing.

Our tools and supervision frameworks are built on current research and aligned with international standards and continuously updated as the science evolves.

We create clear, practical tools visuals, scripts, and routines that families and schools can use every day

For us, training is just the beginning. Our alumni stay supported through active communities, ongoing supervision, and clear pathways for future growth.

Alhamdulillah, I’ve completed the training course: “Child Protection in Education Settings.” This training made a huge difference in my understanding of our responsibility in the educational field when it comes to protecting children ❤️. Thank you to ABA 4 Change for the valuable training, and a special thanks to Dr. Mayada Elsabah for her professional and supportive approach 🌟 Child protection isn’t something optional, it’s a fundamental responsibility in every educational setting.

Some time ago, I posted about the case of the girl and mentioned that even worse things were happening in certain centers. Someone commented accusing me of being complicit. I explained that I tried to do something, but so many awful things were happening that I would leave work crying in the street from the amount of injustice the children were facing. He responded publicly that he would help, but in reality nothing happened after he took the information. That’s when I realized it was all for show and that if anyone needed to take action, it had to be me. Alhamdulillah, shortly after that, God blessed me with the opportunity to take the course: “Child Protection in Education Setting.” ❤️ Thank you to ABA 4 Change for the training, and thank you to Dr. Mayada Elsabah for your support for children and for your enjoyable, unique teaching style 🤎🍃
