I explained that I tried to do something, but so many awful things were happening that I would leave work crying in the street from the amount of injustice the children were facing. He responded publicly that he would help, but in reality nothing happened after he took the information. That’s when I realized it was all for show and that if anyone needed to take action, it had to be me. Plan for 4–6 hours per week: 2 hours of live sessions, 1–2 hours of project work. The structure is built for practical practices with full-time roles.
All live sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You will have an access to replays, and you can submit questions in advance for the instructor to cover
Yes, the program assumes even if you haven’t exposure to the field you still have a place so you’re not lost.
Yes. After completing the training, every participant receives a dedicated 1:1 coaching session.
This session allows you to review your progress, ask individualized questions, and receive personalized guidance on applying IBT skills in real practice.

After the course ,the candidate needs to Complete 300 hours of supervised practice The candidate must accrue 300 hours of supervised practice in behaviour-analytic service delivery.Of those 300 hours, supervision must be provided: at least 1 hour of supervision for each 30 hours of practice(i.e., total ≈ 10 supervision hours)
The IBT certification expires every 2 years. To renew you must complete 8 CEUs 2 hours Ethics, 2 hours Cultural Diversity/Awareness, 4 hours ABA topics
Supervision can begin while you’re completing the 40-hour training, i.e., you don’t have to finish training first before accruing practice hours. It's recommended to do your supervision in parallel with the training to achieve the most benefit.
Supervision may occur individually or in group formats; but group supervision is limited (for the 10 required supervision hours, group supervision can count up to 50% only) and must meet documentation requirements
