Parties

These terms are made between ABA 4 Change (“we”) and each individual or organisation whose partner application is approved (“the Partner”). Submitting a partner application constitutes acceptance of these terms. Where an individual agreement with additional terms or special rates is signed with the Partner, its provisions prevail in case of conflict.

Definitions

«Partnership»	The relationship between ABA 4 Change and the Partner under these terms.
«Partner»	Any individual or organisation whose partner application has been approved.
«Customer»	Anyone who buys one of our programs or services on the website.
«Code»	The Partner’s personal discount code.
«Link»	A link to the website carrying the Partner’s code.
«Refund window»	The (24) hours after payment during which the customer may request a refund.
«Partner dashboard»	The Partner’s private page in their account on the website.

Article 1Relationship of the parties

1.1The Partner is an independent party and is not our employee, agent or legal representative.

1.2The Partner may not enter into contracts, or make promises or commitments, on our behalf.

1.3The Partner may not collect any money from customers. Customers always pay directly on aba4change.com.

Article 2Commission

2.1The Partner earns a percentage of every payment their customer actually makes, after any discount, excluding taxes and net of any refund, including instalments.

2.2The rate is set out in the approval notice, the partner agreement and the partner dashboard, and is confidential.

2.3The Partner’s customers receive a discount when they use the Partner’s code, as set out in the approval notice.

2.4No commission is due on free products or zero-value orders.

Article 3Crediting customers to the Partner

3.1A purchase is credited to the Partner whenever the Partner’s code is used.

3.2A purchase is credited to the Partner if made within (60) days of visiting the Partner’s link.

3.3A customer registered by the Partner (by email or phone) is credited to the Partner if they buy within (90) days of registration, provided the customer agreed to share their details.

3.4After the first purchase, the customer remains linked to the Partner for one year. If the Partner brings a new customer during the last two months of that year, the link is extended for a further year.

3.5No commission is due on our existing customers, or on the Partner’s own purchases or purchases made using the Partner’s details.

3.6If a customer linked to one partner uses another partner’s code within the first year of the link, the customer remains with the original partner unless the agreement provides otherwise.

Article 4Confirmation of commission and refunds

4.1Commission is confirmed once the (24)-hour refund window has passed, unless the payment is refunded.

4.2If a payment is refunded or charged back after the commission was paid, the corresponding amount is deducted from the Partner’s next payouts.

Article 5Payouts

5.1Confirmed commission is paid monthly by the method agreed with the Partner.

5.2It is paid in US dollars to partners outside Egypt, or in Egyptian pounds at the exchange rate on the payout day.

5.3The Partner bears transfer fees and any taxes due from them, and provides an invoice or receipt if the Partner is a legal entity.

Article 6Marketing rules

6.1The Partner shall not promise a cure or guaranteed results.

6.2Accreditation wording is used exactly as given, and ABAT® and QBA® are written exactly so as registered trademarks of QABA.

6.3Fake discounts and urgency or scarcity claims are prohibited.

6.4Excessive repeated messaging that amounts to spam, search advertising on the ABA 4 Change name, and publishing the code on coupon sites are prohibited.

6.5Content creators disclose that a post is a partnership or advertisement and use the approved images and wording.

Article 7Data and privacy

7.1The Partner sees only their customers’ initials and the amounts, never their contact details.

7.2When registering a customer, the Partner confirms that the customer agreed to share their details with us; we keep a record of this under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. (151) of 2020.

Article 8Confidentiality

8.1The commission rate and the terms of the partner agreement are confidential, and the Partner shall not publish or disclose them.

Article 9Term and termination

9.1Either party may end the partnership by giving prior notice to the other.

9.2We may end the partnership immediately for breach of these terms or for conduct that harms customers or our reputation.

9.3On termination the code and link stop working, and commission earned up to the termination date is paid.

Article 10Amendments and governing law

10.1We may amend these terms after notifying partners; amendments apply from their effective date.

10.2These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Acceptance and signature

Submitting a partner application on the website is electronic acceptance of these terms. For individual agreements, both parties sign below.
