Our Mission

Your journey with us starts with understanding… and moves forward with confidence and clarity

At ABA4Change, we know that asking for support can come with many questions and a sense of uncertainty. That’s why we offer you a safe space that respects your privacy and helps you understand your needs and make clear decisions, without judgment or pressure.

We don’t start with a ready-made service or quick promises; we listen to your circumstances and priorities, and we’re clear about what we can offer and where you may need another provider.

Dr. Mayada Elsabah leads the organization with expertise that brings together child psychology, behavior analysis, and international education, so we can offer families, practitioners, and schools professional, ethical, evidence-based support that fits the cultural context of each case.

Our Core Activities

Four activities… one partnership that creates change

01

Training & Professional Development

Training programs that combine knowledge, practice, follow-up, and professional supervision, helping practitioners develop their skills and complete the requirements of their career paths with clarity.

02

Support for Schools & Inclusion Programs

We work with school leaders and their teams to understand learners’ needs, build staff capacity, and establish inclusive practices that can be applied in the learning environment.

03

Support for Families & Individuals

We listen to what your family is going through, and help you understand your child’s needs, set your priorities, and build realistic steps that respect your privacy and circumstances.

04

Professional Events & Conferences

We design and organize events and conferences that bring practitioners, families, and organizations together in inspiring spaces for learning, sharing experience, and building professional relationships that open new doors for collaboration and impact.

We believe change isn’t made by one person; it begins when expertise comes together, ideas are heard, and learning becomes shared action.

Stories of Our Impact

Behind every step is a story worth telling

We share some moments that reflect the impact of understanding and ongoing support, while fully protecting the privacy of children and families and never publishing any details without clear consent.

Ahmed: When the Journey Began with Understanding

Ahmed was a nine-year-old boy living in a refugee camp and facing challenges that affected his learning and daily interactions. The journey began by listening and understanding his needs, then working in small steps that involved the people around him.

The goal was never to change Ahmed, but to provide the support that would help him discover his abilities and take part with greater confidence.

Nour: A Safe Space That Brought Out What Was Within

In volunteering and art activities, Nour found a space to express herself, take part, and feel that she was an influential part of her community.

Her story reminds us that support doesn’t always start with a big solution; it can start with someone who listens, the right opportunity, and an environment that sees potential before challenges

We See Potential Before Challenges

We believe every child deserves to be understood, heard, and given the right support, and every family deserves a partner on the journey of change toward a more balanced, reassuring life
