About the IBT Course

• This course is provided by IBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • This training program is based on the IBT Task List given by the IBAO
  • This training is designed to meet the 40-hour training requirement for the IBT credential.
  • Competency assessment in addition to supervision 300 hours can be provided upon
  successful completion of the course.

Registration and fees

• Completion of registration form along with essential documentation such as ID and
  Passport are required along respective course fee payment to confirm your seat on the training
  course.
  • The course fee is payable in full prior to the course commencement.
• IBT Competency Assessment and IBT exam are conducted separately and are NOT part of
  the course.

Payment Instructions for Course Participants

For Participants from Egypt:

1. Register or Create an Account
   Begin by registering or creating an account on the portal. Once your account is set up, you can proceed with the payment process for the course.
2. Payment Process
   • You will be automatically redirected to the payment page, which includes bank transfer information, once you complete the checkout process.
   • Important: If you change the billing country from Egypt to another country, you will be required to pay using a credit card or PayPal in USD.
3. Bank Transfer Instructions
   • he transfer will be made to CIB Bank in Egypt in Egyptian Pounds. The bank details will be displayed once you complete your purchase using the bank transfer option.
   • When making the bank transfer, include the course name and your order number at the beginning of the payment description.
   • Any bank or transfer charges must be borne by the participant.
4. Send Payment Confirmation
   After completing the transfer, email us a confirmation of the transaction.
5. Registration Confirmation
   Once we receive the payment, your registration for the training will be confirmed.

For Participants from Outside Egypt:

1. Register or Create an Account
   Start by registering or creating an account on the portal, then proceed to pay for the course.
2. Payment Options
   • You will be redirected to a payment page showing the price converted to USD.
   • You can pay using credit cards or PayPal.
   • Note: Changing the billing country during checkout to Egypt will redirect you to a bank transfer option instead.
3. Registration Confirmation
   Once we receive the payment, your registration for the training will be confirmed.

Additional Notes:

• Time Conversion: For participants outside Egypt, use The Time Zone Converter to adjust Egypt time to your local time zone.
• Currency Conversion: Use XE.com to check currency conversion rates for your local currency.

Attendance

• Certificate of attendance shall be granted on the following basis:
  1. Full attendance of the course

2. Completion of necessary forms, and valid ID submission

3. Settlement of course fee in full.

• Refunds

Course fee is only refundable before 48 hours of the start of the course. For cancelation of enrollment, 15%
from paid up amount paid shall be charged as cancelation plus admin fee.
