- Course Exchange: Trainees may exchange the paid course fee for another course up to 24 hours before the start of the originally scheduled course.
- Non-Refundable After Course Start: Once the program begins on its scheduled date, refunds will no longer be available.
- Attendance Registration: After registering for attendance on the course, trainees are no longer eligible to request a refund.
